Great story!
I like to buy Hot Wheels for friends that match their car.
I've thought about doing the random drops on peoples cars but I'm afraid some crazy people out there might get pissed off you touched their car (albeit just the wiper).

Many moons ago, a buddy that was big into Hot Wheels, gave them out at Halloween. The kids went bonkers (in a good way).

We also gave them out at a DaSilva/Sick Kids show a few years back. The kids loved it.
