Any body else's truck do this? If it was a Honda I'd unplug the hood switch, will do it anyway and see if it stops.

Even in the honda the hood switch not guaranteed to work, had to pull the horn relay. A lot of these alarm systems are hard to disable later in life, tied to too many other things in the fuse panel.

If you have a scan tool that can see BCM Pids, there are 4 pids, ALR EVT1-4 (alarm event 1-4) that tell you what set off the alarm the last 4 times

I disconnected the battery after the last time it went off. Would it store that info still?
I don’t have a scanner unfortunately.

I have had the same issue in my 2019 F150. The alarm has gone off a number of times and usually at night to wake others up. I end up getting up to click the remote but not before I have woken up several neighbours. The good news is I don't give a shit if I wake them up in the middle of the night, they routinely wake me up with their barking dogs at 5:45 - 6:30am on weekends.

no , disconnecting the battery would clear the data
If it happens again I would find someone with a scan tool
Guessing can get very expensive

Yes I have, no obvious door handle or lock damage.
I was thinking this started after we went camping, had the doors open and didn’t drive much for 4 days.
Never had to boost it, but lights were on more than normal. Could low battery voltage do it?
The drive home was about 1 hr, should have been charged up.
