Wally Parr sausages...

Part of track day has been stopping at Wally Parr Sausages on Hwy.6 on the way home to grab a bite. While they aren’t serving cooked sausages, they were open to grab some frozen ones. Cooked them up tonight and boy oh boy were they good! Tomorrow for dinner we are going to try some Wally Parr sausage lasagna. I’m glad I brought a little cooler bag with me.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I bought some of their buns as well. I just wish I had a condiment station like they do.

We were going to stop but it was about 5 mins before closing so pushed on through.

From what I saw, they are not doing cooked food at this time. The freezers had quite a bit of product and they were still baking the buns when we got there.

I had to boot over to St.Catharines, so I didn’t trek up No.6 to Wally’s. Usually hit them up on the way home too.

I never heard of them before. I am very intrigued to find these now.

We normally stop n have dinner there after track days.
Sausage n buns are to die for good, fixings are killer as well.

They also have a location in the Longos plaza at Maple and Fairview in Burlington. Excellent sausages.
