Hagerty ~ Wayfarer ~ Lant

Does anyone really know whats going on, first I thought that Hagerty bought Lant, but then Wayfarer pops up and then I get a letter today saying I will now be "Serviced Directly By Hagerty" like WTF ,

I just added insurance to a mustang.
I called Lant (Wayfairer) and they they said to call Hagerty directly.
Which I did - they had all my information already (because I was with Lant before) and everything went smoothly.
