I read a few weeks ago that domestic violence was up 25ish%.

Lawyers are working but I believe the courts are really just dealing with high priority or emergency cases (at least that's what I'm hearing from trustees I'm dealing with bankrupt corporate clients I'm dealing with). Not sure how they define "emergency" though.

The jokes I was hearing at the beginning of this was “lots of babies and lots of divorces, some households will be both”.
I don’t wish divorce/ unhappiness on anyone and would prefer that a child is raised by their loving parent(s) in a stable household, but for when that circumstance is not possible we are very happy to jump in
