Two scenarios:
1. Ice cream was delivered to the wrong address by mistake. But WTF, who orders ice cream delivery? And delivery just drops it at the door to melt?

2. Ice cream is a prank, possibly a dangerous one.

Either way, I would not touch it. Like bbrian said, no way.
