Rebuild vortech v1????

Hello I purchased a vortech v1 for the 1973 maverick. I want to have new bearing and seals out in prior to installation. Has anyone here sent their supercharger to vortech for an in-house rebuild? How was the experience? Cost? Thanks in advance.

I have not sent a blower to Vortech but it will cost you $1000 usd plus shipping the blower to them and back to you, I know a tuner in Quebec that may be able to rebuild it for you. LMK if you want his info so you can call him and I'll PM it to you.

Dealing with vortech is pretty easy. call ahead and get an RMA number then send it in. Cost is close to 1k all said and done but they do good work and warranty the repair for a year which they back. nothing but good things to say about staff over there.
