I had a lady run into me but luckily her tire hit mine and all I had was scuff marks which is buffed out and minty once again (thankfully)... But with my commute, it's a matter of time before I need to replace panels and repaint... it's a fucking nightmare out here.

Clean carfax/no accident history your range seems fair. A lot of them trading in the mid to high 30s on auto trader. If you're going to be replacing it with a new truck, best to visit the dealer, see what they will give you on trade. Then factor in the tax savings and see if it's worth anything more than trade+tax savings on the free market.
