building a 306 with edelbrock performer heads and 1.6 r.r's, should i use edelbrock performer intake or a holley systemax intake?

Mostly preference imo, but I like the systemax personally.

How soon you need one? I will be selling one in the next month or so. Upper and lower with a BBK 75 MM Throttle Body and 75 MM EGR spacer

i cuurently have both trying to decide what to keep and what to sell

If you already have both intakes, then I would put the Performer on top.
All matchy matchy with the heads, and personally I like the look of Performer a bit more.
