I’ve been using my all winter long in snow storm freezing rain , u name it from Markham, Mississauga, Burlington
No problemo- lowered its like a sleigh that glides across the snow. I could use the Mazda 3 - I feel safer in slow turd!! Oh and High Commanders Mazda 3 with snow tires got stuck
I’m in Mississauga now with slo turd no problems

The best part after a good cleaning few goodies and a visit to the good Doctor ZR - this slo turd going to tear TMP up lol

followed a guy in London yesterday that kept running down the middle of two lanes, kept turning his 4 ways on and off, and couldn't hold a steady speed with multiple slam on the break events, when I finally got a chance to go around him, he rolled down his window screamed curses at me and flipped me the bird as I went by.

you got bad advise last week

1) you don't get a referral for knee surgery without imaging...the imaging tells them WTF is wrong and whether it needs surgery or not
2) your regular family doc can/should arrange an MRI quite easily
3) once you have the imaging your family doc will determine what route to take and will arrange a meet up with a surgeon if neccessary

Jodi has had a couple of MRIs in the past 2 years....her new Doc doesn't take chances after what her previous doc neglected to do years ago.....so if there's any worry about an issue he Doc arranges whatever imaging is neccessary

for an MRI....be prepared for 24 hr per day timing.....you could literally have your scan at 4am on a Tuesday

btw....the only time you're on speed-dial with a surgeon (let alone a specialist of any kind) is AFTER they work on you....then you are officially their responsibility....before that, unless you play professional sports....get in line unfortunately

The son of someone on my team dislocated his hip playing hockey (teenager; felt a pop on the ice) on Sunday, went home in pain, hip swelled up and lost leg mobility - he was admitted to hospital that evening and they were talking about surgery on Monday but after draining the joint and MRIs it appeared surgery wasn't needed, and he was discharged on Tuesday afternoon. Not sure if the difference in experience is based on location, doctor affiliated with, etc., but not a good experience for you. I know I've had previous surgery booked faster than I expected, or was ready for. Sounds like one or more of the doctors involved are an issue.

As an expensive asset they do run it continuously to maximize returns - I've had MRI at 3pm on a weekday and my wife has had them at 3am. Also had CATscan at 10pm. Wait time was 7 days or less each time for non-emergency scans.

I went with the toyo RT's but they were pricy, (spending insurance money lol)

the BFG KO2 seems to be the number one choice for tires that get real world work. my SIL"s BF swears by them and every time he gets a new truck it gets KO2's before he picks them up. I just wanted a more aggressive look

Michelin LTX if you want longevity, E rated too. I’ve found that the BFG is shit in the cold weather. They become as hard as rock. The Hercules Terra Trac is a good looking tire at a decent price. Also E rated.

When I had my truck a few years ago, I used to run Firestone Destination A/T's on it. I found them to be very good overall, looked tough and with great highway manners

I'm going to get flamed for this one. Not sure why all the bad press for the 20" Wranglers which come stock on the Rams (including my own). While not optimum in the snow (drove couple days with em on) they did about what I'd expect from any other all season tire, in the spring / summer and fall, did everything well all the while giving an exceptional ride. I bought a new take off set of the rims n tires pictured below to mount my snows on, will be transfering tires to my Laramie wheels for the summer. With some hunting, you should be able to buy a take off set as pictured below for approx the price of tires alone (if rims suit of course).

Yes it’s kinda of a PITA. What’s almost worse is having capless in the last 4 vehicles you have owned then buying one with a damn cap. every time I try and pump gas I look new as I flip the door open and try and jam the nozzle in with the cap still on.

Was just sitting at the light to turn into the street our office is on. Normally when one car is stopped at the red they're pulled up enough and in the middle of the lane that I can turn left beside them. There's an older white Buick whogivesafuck SUV stopped there when I get there, basically on the should and 5 ft back from line. Ok whatever it's a short light. Lights green.............about 15 seconds elapses and they're still sitting there.So I honk, most likely to get them off their phone, and they go about 10 fit into intersection then slam on the brakes and flip me off...I need a ram bar....

I miss driving a stick so much, I mean the G37 is great and the 7 speed is very quick and responsive but no matter how advanced an auto is, it's still boring as balls to drive. Part of the fun is rowing through gears, I will miss that very much once I convert to electrics in a few a years. Glad I didn't opt for the 10 speed, I think I would have regretted it - I didn't like the test drives at all when I was buying a 5.0.

Yes whats left of my lifetime I don't think it will be much factor - I'm all for green living I like to refer to it as off the grid - in my opinion I think all homes can be self sustaining and would really like to see that. I'm not denying it for autos but it really dont see it as a practice alternative yet for most applications. I I could ever build my own home it would be totally off grid and self sustaining. Cars - for me I just can't shake the romance of a v8. And if I can't drive one on the street I hope we see plenty of affordable race tracks...lol

Being a bike guy, the old saying is “rather go fast on a slow bike, than slow on a fast one” I’m liking my 4.6 for the street, my money is all being consumed on suspension as much as I can afford.

When a 2007 2.4 Honda Accord plays with you on a open Stretch of highway in Mexico and tries to tail ur azz by mashing the go fast peddle and u can’t start to pull any distance or you pull slowly like a couple of ft but approaching ( impound full muster [emoji15])
Then I don’t care how fast the the badge, muffler, butt dyno tells u - my car is a slow TURD lol- still love it anyway
Oh by the way - if u think it didn’t get enough squeeze - dropped to 4 at 100 lol no lugging “go fast peddle pegged to bottom of 6th gear before running out of real estate .

I like shiny things, and cars that go vroom. On the other hand I have to say my beater Fusion has it's own appeal. If I have to park in a tight spot, I back up until I make contact. If some dimwit charges me trying to squeeze in I have no fear of a wrinkle. I drive it right inside factories, dwarfed by vehicles with 10 foot wheels that'll squash it like a bug. The rockers are so rotten a squirrel ran out of one the other morning.

The only reason I'm going to park it is that there's no way I can take a date out in the thing.

Need to rig a hydrolic clutch set up and use a hand lever on a pistol grip so you can shift and clutch with One hand.
