Raccoon !

Had to have a raccoon with distemper removed from my property today ! YIKES, big bugger, walking aimlessly and lying down, like he was drunk , you could walk right up to him !

Ajax animal control to the rescue !

Just remember to keep you pet's vaccinated, never would I have thought that I would have a coon with distemper in my back yard !

we let the dog out all the time in the back yard and never think of it , it is fully fenced, but the coons climb fences with ease !

Thanks for the PSA, always on mind when/if these bastards will show up in my backyard. My little old guy got sprayed by a skunk 3 times last summer, he never learns runs right up to them. The younger one knows better, all shots up to date for both...

Plus their waste will destroy your pets internals if they ingest it from licking their paws etc. I couldn't have a dog for all the waste they leave in my yard and on my neighbours pool shed roof.
