Flip side of the coin, spawned a nice little cottage industry for folks making "fixes" for all the bad parts on those puppies. Plus I'm sure most Ford diesel techs are laughing all the way to the bank at those.

Damn thing is I flat out love the look of those 03-07 Super Duties (especially in the Harley or Outlaw trim), if it wasn't for all the headaches with MOE/MTO I'd pick one up for cheap with a bad motor and swap in a proper 24v Cummins diesel. Maybe add a nice Allison transmission for a true Heinz 57 truck....
