Wifey was at Fortinos parking lot and came out to this.

She spoke to the manager as there is a camera there but I don’t think it will pick up anything.
So we’re looking at repair- debating insurance call? Or out of pocket?
Body shop? Or paint less dent repair which I have no experience with.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance ( the circled areas do have dents)

My worst nightmare using any parking lot, sorry to see it's happened to you. As for repair, don't know a dentless guy but hopefully someone else will chime in and give you a lead. At that point, let them take a look to see if it's something they can deal with vs body shop / paint the door.
With high winds lately, bet it's happening a fair bit where door gets blown out of a person's hand. Shitty so few are willing to step up and make it right though.
I do have a link, was posted here some time back and highly recommended.

Thanks Rick!
You nailed it on the head- Wifey was more disappointed that person didn't step up or leave a note- quite opposite of what she would have done if reversed.
Hope dentless folks can help you out. Lil bit of light compound to take color off will at least make you feel better.

 I'm going to email them the photos
I'm questioning whose is the car enthusiast here- she can't even eat lunch lol- the damage is bothering her so much
To me, damaging happening is bad enough, becomes personal when they flee n leave you to deal with the damage.

I know a really good paintless dent repair guy in the easy end here. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my cars

Hey! I am fairly certain that can be fixed by paintless dent repair, I have some experience with my work. The only obstacle is the body line but since it does not appear that deep or sharp i think you'll be ok.
Try these guys, they are here in burlington and ive talked to them before, they are quite knowledgable.

I’ve used Roadrunner PDR on my cobra, the guy is awesome.
I watched him take about 200 dents out of a Tesla that got caught in a hail storm.
He might even come to you.

Yes a dent guy is the way to go. Avoid a body shop unless the paint is cracked or something. Your poor wife...give her some comfort and take her out for dinner.

they can work but dent removal is a bit of an art. has to be correct order of push and pull to elivieate the work hardening. other wise can definitely make it worse

Brought the car in today to a local PDR shop ( that Norm mentioned) for estimate. quote was $350(damage spread over a wide area apart) and take them 3-4 hrs.
Thinking of booking for early next week - convenient since only 15 mins away

I used them as well for my coupe, I posted a thread about it some time ago last year. The mobile tech did a fantastic job and the price quoted was a steal.

My brother swiped a parked car with his new truck, their mirror creased both doors down the side about 5' long. Somehow just transferred plastic no major scratching. Local dent tech came and for $700 bucks made it look brand new. Body shop wanted $1900 to pull, fill and paint. These guys are artisans and god sends. Also have a guy who does air brush blending, just fixed the corner of the boss Caddy which was hit in a parking lot. Again body shop wanted $1100 and he made it right for $350 and took out some other gouges from a garage door. It's crazy what can be done on site now, I whole heartedly recommend PDR, wish I had gone in to that field when I was younger TBH.

I'm considering this for a couple minor dings in my 92 Lexus. Any recommended folks in the Hamilton area?
If you can’t find any in Hamilton , this one is at walkers/qew
Here is the finished product. Car went in at 9 , ready at 2 pm
Really happy with the end result. They are quite busy- the owner Andreas does the work, a lot of work with dealerships .
Paint stayed intact so when heated up it buffed out nicely

I'm also in need of some PDR work on my passenger side door, I sure hope their able to get my ding out. Initially I wanted to try myself, but having read the manual https://manuals.co/workshop/ford/mustang , I think I will use some professional help
