Buying Parts to Refresh a 89-93 5.0l Mustang Engine

Looking to rebuild a 89-93 5.0l engine..
I would like to stay away from ordering from US co. like Summit, etc. and rather buy from Canadian sources.
Like to buy here so if need a quick exchange for different sizes, etc., I could drive to business and do it, not have to do returns by mail, customs,etc.
Any places to be recommended for service and decent prices?

You planning on changing anything, or just doing a refresh?

Just the usual for reliable daily driver - rings, bearing, seals, gaskets,etc no replacing pistons, rods, cam,etc.

Any local jobber could get you the parts, CarQuest, Benson, APC, etc....I’m not from the area so I can’t say who exactly I’d go with, prices will vary so call around.
