It also pisses me off. It was a different time in the 1800's, but the politically correct world we live in today thinks that taking down a statue will somehow make them feel better that 150 yrs ago someone may have said some things that they don't agree with no matter how much good they did.

This country is something else. That idiot drama teacher has got to go and we need to get the country back on the road to common sense.

LOL, Doug Ford even offered to take it off their hands!
Being judged by today's morals/standards is wrong. Different times, different mindset.
Using this SJW logic, we should be giving back the land we all live on now.
George Washington owned slaves, may not have been right under todays standards, but fitting at the time. I haven't seen any movement to bring his statues done.

There was a movement to not only remove statues of George Washington but there were groups calling to rename the state and capital.
Don’t think it made it far

SJWs need to be rounded up, and put somewhere they can live how they want. Maybe a deserted island would do, somewhere the nuclear fallout wouldn't affect the rest of the world.

I’d round them up, throw them in an industrial blender and use the chum for fishing.

Not sure which is more cruel. Tossing them in a blender, or giving them an isolated island and letting, them experience the anarchy and sustainability of their ways before vaporizing them.
