Limited production car ...
Can't go wrong with either one, specially the one that tickles your fancy.

Gt is commonplace, GT500 on the other hand is a more special car, limited production, specific engine/trans, etc....performce wirpse they’re pretty close, but to me a special car is always what I look for.

I would say keep the GT500 but it all depends on what you want. Just make sure you don’t have sellers/buyers remorse. Personally I have no personal attachment to cars and that’s why I’m on Mustang 39.

I would hang on to that if that was my car. I regret selling my 13 GT.

Just a suggestion, but before you decide to pull the trigger, go out and drive an 18 that you like, i.e. has the options you're after, so you can understand what you might be getting into. From what I've heard, the new Mustangs are different animals compared to the previous gen.

I have an 18 GT and I would keep your car if I was in your position.
But at the end of the day you have to do what makes you happy.

Very different indeed. Impressive machines, once you test drive one - it’s hard not to cut a check and buy it... trust me lol

You probably missed the power also. It’s hard to go backwards. Your gt500 is smoking hot though. I would love to own it!!!

You can probably get a smoking deal on a 17/18 gt350. Newer platform and still a specialty model.
