Freaking A/C

Im hot as hell and burnt all week and now for the second time this week my lines have frosted up..so ac goes off and fan to defrost them. I change my filters every 3 months and only thing i can think of it that my coil may be dirty.
Anyone know how to do this or ever done it before...or maybe had the same problem as me?

When my old system was low on freon, it would Ice up.

Worth sneaking a tiny hole in the plenum and checking A coil with an inspection camera. Mine was plugged in the old system, clean up with the vac and a soft brush and she was spittin out ice cold air again.

No inspection camera for me. How hard is it to remove the coil itself and clean it?

Sometimes done with removable inspection panel but most times requires cutting. Not so bad either way, just takes some time plus screws n metal tape to patch back up. As said above, just as common to be low on charge and or combo of both.
Do you have all of your floor vents wide open? Restricted air can see it more prone to icing.
