What are the reasons for the colour options?

It's a bracket, not something I think you need to highlight, so yellow and chrome are out.

Black gets my vote. Can I suggest that you deburr any bumps or flashing on the part first. It will show through after powdercoating and will look less appealing.

That was my plan. I was considering polishing it but I feel it will be a nightmare to keep clean.

I am open to other options also. I have no reason, I just want it to look clean

I’d just clean it good and spay it with dark grey or flat-black, I wasn’t sure if maybe you had those other colours elsewhere on the car.
If it was me I’d probably take it to the wire wheel and leave it as-cast, paint can chip, scratch, peel, etc....

Grey hammer tone would be a nice option.

Got the alternator bracket all de-burred so far. Now I need a power steering pulley puller to get the ps bracket off.

I like the look of chrome/silver....but I'm a bit bias. And yes...I haven't done my bracket yet.

I live in Bowmanville behind the Walmart. I’m home every evening after 7 during the week if you would like to pick it up? Pm me and we can work something out.

Wrinkle black definitely looks good, but is it going to be hard to keep it clean with the rough surface?

It almost feels like a Teflon coating. I suspect it will clean easily

Haha thanks again for passing the info along on that blower.
Honestly it looks 100000x better in person. The photos make the wrinkle black look odd
