Transmission oil change

I'm looking at changing the oil in my transmission, it a manuel 5 speed with 157,000 km on it. Just wonder what name brand oil everybody uses and what viscosity I should replace with. Thanks.

Synchromesh from GM seems to work great in T5's. That's what I have in mine. Generally it uses Mercon V ATF I believe.
