Around a grand if they’re in working order, tough to tell by the pics but the valves don’t look great.

As said above, hard to tell from pics but in usable as is condition I'd also say in the 1k or slightly above range.

Unless you know exactly where they came from, always best to pay machine shop to go through em before installing.

make sure you change the springs for your roller setup and i would change the rocker studs to ARP hardware the e streets are edelbrocks entry level head to compete with the chinese market rocker studs break and the springs to not support roller cams

not exactly if your building a flat tappet motor they are fantastic change the rocker studs and away you go. they are entry level to compete with cheap chinese heads on the market the casting are great and flow good numbers so they are not a bad buy i bought my brand new set for 700 bucks from a guy on kijiji years ago so springs and studs arent to bad. if your building a moster motor and expect the world from entry level heads well you get what you pay for. im just giving helpfull advice so he knows and doesnt go down the road and loose a rocker i would be pissed if it happend to me lol
