Whether a show car or a daily driver all vehicles deserve the Toxix Detailing Winter Prep Protection Package
This winter package includes a thorough exterior cleaning, decontamination and surface prep for our harsh Canadian winters where our vehicles are battered with salt, slush and snow.
We begin by meticulously hand washing the vehicle with warm water and ample amounts of soap. We then hand and machine dry the vehicle, getting all the water off the surfaces while blowing out the nooks and crannies.
After drying we apply a durable sealant to all exterior painted surface. The sealant, much stronger and more durable than a wax allows your car and your paint to be protected through the cold winter season.
Interested in going the extra mile? We can Ceramic Coat your vehicle too. Contact us to book an appointment or for pricing
We start by taking a few before photos so we can showcase the vehicle properly.
This fairly new Lexus IS300 was brought to us for some paint protection. All steps are process are listed below!

Step 2 - Claybar
After washing we clay every panel of the vehicle as well as all exterior glass surfaces. Claying removes all surface and airborne contaminants that are stuck on paint while allowing extended durability for the wax, sealant or ceramic coating. After claying the vehicle is thoroughly rinsed one more time.

Step 3 - Drying
After washing and claying the vehicle we need to ensure that all surfaces are dry to the touch as the sealant will not bond to a wet surface.
Depending on the type and size of the vehicle we go through several drying towels and even use a blower to get the air out of the nooks and crannies. Wheels are also hand dried at this time.

Step 4 - Sealant Application
Now that the vehicle is completely dry we prepare our microfiber applicator by priming it with Sealant. Once the surface of the applicator is covered with sealant we go ahead and start applying by hand to all exterior painted surfaces of the vehicle. We also go the extra mile and apply sealant to the lights as well as the emblems. We allow the sealant to cure for 30 minutes prior to buffing it off.

We use only the finest, softest buffing towels to ensure that the paint is well taken care of.
After buffing off all panels we do one more inspection to see if there are any missed spots and then deliver the car to the client.
