My wife and I bought the house 5 years ago and it had been non stop renovations every day after work for me. We are finally drawing near the end.
Couple pics of the hardwood I have been installing today.

Very nice you are doing a great job!
But I have you beat we bought a fixer upper 20 years ago and am still renovating!
Couple years ago we had hardwood put down in our living room, dinning room, family room, eating area of the kitchen and my media room. Was a much too big a job for the old guy but to save money I made the wife pull up the carpeting, under pad, carpet strips around the walls and screw the plywood down every six inches. I had just purchased a 20V Dewalt impact driver and I was absolutely amazed at how many floor screws could be put in on a charge.

Hope you didn't use that 20v dewalt and screws to put down the hardwood Scott :)
