Adjustable sway bar end links

2007 gt vert, recently installed Hotchkis sway bars and spherical rod adjustable end links. Question is, what length should the end links be adjusted to for maximum benefit. Should the sway bar point upwards, level with frame or pointing downwards by adjusting end links. Looking to achieve tight, allowable oversteer.

Car is lowered with eibach springs.

I believe level is what you want. To my knowledge you want minimal tension on it when the car is just sitting flat and not going through corners.
