I got the idea when I saw the promotional 2 piece extruded aluminum 50th anniversary Mustang (have a few of them).
In my free time (at work) I made a CAD drawing of the outline of the 03/04 Cobra coupe along with the Mustang inside and SVT inside that. Once I found some free wire EDM time I was able to cut it finally. Here's the outcome. I might end up polishing it to remove the tiny entry and exit tabs.

Dave, it weights just over a pound.
It's just a display piece, suppose I could make more if people wanted to pay the price for one.

That looks great! Where do you work btw? I am looking for a shop that does wire EDM. Our current supplier that does wire EDM is in Quebec and I have been looking for a shop more local. Please PM me.
Thanks!
That Sir is seriously sweet looking.

Thanks for the compliments everyone. The aluminum version is quite spendy to manufacture based on materials, machine rate, consumables, etc. I'm looking into a few different ways to produce them to bring cost down. Once I establish that I'll revisit this with some price points for anyone interested.

Here's another version I'll probably make. This one is equal wall thickness. What do you think of this design compared to the first one?

I actually prefer the first one that you made Shawn. Probably less cutting involved as well.

As cool as this looks, it doesn't do anything or go anywhere, it just sits there, don't you already have a Cobra that does that?

I prefer the original also with the hollow/solid/hollow structure
instead of hollow/hollow/hollow.

LMAO!! You're right Dave I do :) This aluminum version will probably get used more and travel further distances, lol. Might even see a cloud or rain some day.

Thanks for the feedback on the second design.
I've also drawn a 2 piece version of the 2 designs shown so far. The 2 piece design mates together the same way the 50th anniversary one does.

I could definitely draw that up Steve but as I've said, I'm working on some different processes to bring the manufacturing costs down in order to make it affordable for interested/would be buyers.

The aluminum wire EDM version is going to be way too expensive to make.
Would anyone be interested in a 3D printed version? I will post pictures up in the coming days of the 3D printed part.

Here's some pics of the raw 3D print. I will post more pics in a few days of a smoothed glossy version. These are 75% the size of the aluminum one in the original post coming it at 7 inches bumper to bumper.
