96 mustang ignition problem?

Forgive me as electrical issues have me baffled.

96 mustang, turn key back I have power, turn key forward no power until the on position, then cranks engine fine.

No power in accessory position though?

Really didn't think anything of it, but I'm trying to load a tune and I need to cycle the ignition and I can't.

Bad ignition switch?
