Anyone been to Salt Lake City?

I'm headed there in a couple weeks for the RS Adrenaline Academy.
I'm on the track for 2 days but have 2.5 days to explore the area.
I do have a rental car with unlimited mileage so distance isn't an issue.
Not looking to see Churches or Guv buildings.
Any suggestions are welcomed!!!!

Been there 2x. Lovely mountains abound. City has cool things like the Olympic site/Park City I think it's called. Outdoorsy,and friendly; lot like Denver.
