Saw a group on the Thruway in Philadelphia late one night in May........8 bikes holding up traffic to 50 mph, buddy up front doing a three mile standing wheelie, sans helmet. Darwin Award candidate.
Good luck the cops charging anyone; helmet = no positive ID possible that the courts would accept.

LoL! They can Search all they want...they'll be ZERO enforcement, unless the bikers rat each other out, hard to ID riders with Helmets on.
