It's been empty for a while, but I'd bet the weather has something to do with it. They're currently under a severe thunderstorm warning, with a fairly decent thunderstorm heading toward the track.

next year they're moving the BY400 from July to Sept

pretty sure it's due to the attendance #s

Been to the US Nationals on Labour Day weekend and it was wicked hot then so July must be unbearable.
