Check this out. With the Le Mans 24hr race coming up Saturday, one of the top drivers is making his own videos for his youtube channel showing a complete behind the scenes look at the life of a driver at the world's greatest race. He is a past Le Mans 24hr winner, Nurburgring 24hr winner, WEC Series Champion, Porsche GT3 Cup Champion and son of DTM Champion from the mid 90s Kurt Thiim. Nicki makes some great videos always having a ton of fun.

Also, look for the race live streams online or on the WEC App as the race controllers have selected his Aston Martin GTE Pro car to carry a couple of the onboard cameras that will be capturing every second of the 24hr race!!

Nicki Thiim qualified in P3 in GTE Pro for the race. The other Aston Martin team car is on the Pole. One of the GTE Am Aston's is qualified P2. They have been well off pace at Silverstone and Spa so far this season so these starting positions are really encouraging!

The Fords are qualified further back in the pack but all 12 GTE Pro cars were within 1.7 seconds. Have no fear for the Fords though. By all accounts (from the haters) they are sandbagging and will be well out front in the race. We'll see.
