is the "FL-1-A for the pushrod 5.0L " the long filter? and are they the ones for a 78 mustang 5.0L?

The FL-1-A is the standard "long" filter for the pushrod V8 Ford engines. There is also an FL-300 which is the short version which I believe the Mustang II used for chassis clearance. The older 2.3 turbo and the 5.0L with factory oil cooler used the short filter as well.
I believe the pricing on the FL-300 is similar if that's what you need. I can confirm that when I'm back to Parkway on Monday.
cheers

The 3.5 EB actually uses the same filter as the 3.7 in the Mustang, the FL-500-S ... pricing is in the original post on that one.
thanks,
Ed

The shorter FL-300 filter would be $7.50 + HST, or $7.00 at the "6 or more" deal. We keep them in stock here because they fit some other non-Ford applications as well.
thanks,
Ed

Whoops, didn't see Nick's post or I would have responded on that Scott.
With us not being an FRP dealer we can't do deep deals on those, but we do keep some in stock here and can take a bit off the usual pricing. We usually sell them for $24.95 + HST, but can do them at $21.95 + HST for club members.
thanks,
Ed
