The entire premise of tire and other stewardship is a typical Liberal fail from concept to scandalous death. Old tires should be legislated to be utilized in all ashphalt and other appropriate road construction......for free...instead of the general public (car and truck owners) paying for these mindless motherfucker "organizations", executives and framework.
